Surprising winner for The Apprentice 2011 | Business | Internet ...

The winner of 2011?s Apprentice was Tom Pellereau and I think that this is great news ? especially for the geeks of the world. He might not be the best salesman. A pinch of salt would also have to be taken should he offer you business recovery advice. Creativity was no doubt on Tom?s side though, since he is an established inventor. His business plan regarding a posture improving chair contained the most plausible idea out of those which were presented by the finalists. He is hardly a noob to the consumer market either. Sir Alan was always impressed that Tom had taken the curved nail file he designed to market all by himself.

Sir Alan was keen to point out that the format of this year?s show differed slightly to that previously implemented on the show. This is the main reason that Helen Milligan did not win the show. Her win appeared to be set in stone and so, quite few people (including her probably!) felt cheated when she was not declared as the winner. Helen and Lord Sugar?s paths rarely ever crossed since she was only a apart of the losing team on one occasion towards the end of the elimination process.

Jim Eastwood thought that sucking up to Alan would see him fly through the final. His asset recovery was inaccurate throughout his proposal document however. Not that Sir Alan was interested in his Jim?s idea to bring more e-learning into the realm of schools and colleges, initially around the country and then the globe. This is especially true because Jim had branded his idea to Sugar?s existing business. Even an especially idiotic idiot would have realised what a mistake this decision was!

Business valuation meanwhile really was not strength of Susan Ma?s proposition. This is probably why she placed third. The 19 year old was very keen to get Lord Sugar to finally invest in the cosmetics industry ? something that he had wanted to do for a very long time. Sir Alan has indicated that their may be a call to invest in Susan in the future though. He hinted at this when being interviewed after the final episode was aired.

I am going to miss not having episodes to tune into for another year. I dream of appearing on the show one day myself. Not that my CV would meet the requirements needed!
