The downtown Hartford mixed-use office and retail buildings at 99 Pratt St. and 196 Trumbull St. have been sold for $1 million to a New York investor.
The properties, which were formerly owned by developers Simon Konover and Philip A. Schonberger, are two interconnected office buildings with ground floor retail and are located in the heart of the downtown central business district.?
The buildings contain ground floor retail with six stories of office space above.
?Chozick Realty Inc. represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
