? How are Criminal law problem questions marked?
I finished my University of London Diploma in Law exam LAST WEEK. For Criminal Law, I did 4 problem questions. Does anyone here know how criminal law essay questions are GENERALLY marked as standards usually vary from Uni to Uni. Do they give 40% for showing a good understanding even if you've made mistakes such as ill defined structure at some points?Last edited by PrayHope; 6 Hours Ago at 05:59.
