The Boise State football game Oct. 6 at Southern Miss will air nationally on Fox Sports Net (Root Sports in Boise) or FX, according to Fox.

The game time has not been set. Fox has reserved time slots for 10 a.m. Mountain on both stations and at 1:30 p.m. on Fox Sports Net.

Root Sports is not part of the Fox network, but has an agreement to carry the Fox Sports Net college football package.

The Southern Miss announcement leaves one game on the schedule without a TV home ? the Sept. 29 game at New Mexico. However, that game is expected to be televised.

Boise State has three games slated for ESPN properties this season, five for the NBC Sports Network and two for the CBS Sports Network.

Here is the schedule:

Fri., Aug. 31 at Michigan State, 6 p.m. (ESPN)

Sat., Sept. 15 vs. Miami (Ohio), 2 p.m. (NBC Sports Network)

Thurs., Sept. 20 vs. BYU, 7 p.m. (ESPN)

Sat., Sept. 29 at New Mexico, TBD (No TV announced at this time; Mountain West controls TV rights)
