Musculoskeletal expert Brian Weiderman, DPT, OCS, will teach guests the importance and benefits of physical therapy, focusing on the latest ideas in core strengthening and stabilization for optimal performance.? Topics will include: a real-time ultrasound imaging demonstration, improving athletic function, the keys to reducing low back pain, and why sit-ups are not working to strengthen the deep core.? The event is free, though the clinic will be accepting donations for the Wyakin Warrior foundation, which provides scholarships, mentoring, training, and networking to severely wounded or injured veterans.? Seminar guests will also be entered to win an iPad 3 in a drawing later this year!? The clinic is conveniently located in Boise at 390 East Parkcenter Boulevard, Suite 130.
